Production & Operations Assistant: support all areas of company. This role is hands-on, creative, and perfect for someone who enjoys making products, organizing, and helping brand grow.

Main Responsibilities:*
Make handmade products: soaps, new product lines, body butters, bath salts, liquid soaps, and other items (under guidance).
Assist in product development and bring creative ideas. Prepare, pack, and ship orders daily.
Reply to customers on Instagram and WhatsApp.
Manage stock, labels, ingredients, packaging, and inventory. Update products and quantities on website.
Basic edit of photos for website and social media.
Order ingredients, packaging, and needed supplies.
Update Sheets for stock and purchases.
Help apply needed certificates.
Upload products to on different platforms.
Photograph new products and soaps.
Post daily product stories on Instagram.
Setting up booths and selling during events and markets.
*Seek potential clients from different entities and communicate with them.
clean workshop daily and keep it organized, and ready for production - includes toilet cleaning.
Support with any additional tasks required for the business.
Requirements:
Very flexible and open to shifting tasks.
Organized, clean, and detail-oriented.
Creative and willing to learn.
Able to follow instructions and work independently.
Comfortable working with natural ingredients and fragrances.
Basic computer skills (microsoft ms. Shopify, Canva, WhatsApp, Instagram).
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Salary:2,000 AED only per month includes basic salary, accomodation & transportation.
Location:Wadi Al Amardhi Area, Dubai
Work Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm including lunch break. Monday-Saturday. Sunday Off
