The Transformation, Technology & Operations (TTO) division is responsible for the build and run of the Banks\xe2\x80\x99 technology platforms in addition to providing an operations capability to the business. A key priority is to Transform the technology landscape through increased digitalisation and optimisation whilst improving the quality and stability of technology deliverables. Aligned to the Transformation agenda, TTO Risk Management is seeking to create and implement automated dashboards to help visualize and communicate Risk data in a timely, systematic, clear, and engaging way. This role will lead the dashboard development end-to-end in TTO Risk Management.
The Senior Risk Analyst will closely work with the COO TTO Risk Management Team and with key stakeholders to create dashboards for reporting, monitoring, and analysing Risk control data in key areas. The incumbent will help define the design, deliver, and implement the dashboards. The Senior Risk Analyst is also expected to work with the relevant parties to ensure all required approvals and documentation are in place to support the delivery.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Risk dashboards using Tableau
Responsible for data sourcing (both tactical and strategic to achieve real-time dashboard creation), data and report design, and dashboard delivery
Collect, clean and transform datasets using ETL tools to create effective data models
Produce Business and Functional requirement documents for the development of dashboards / reports
Work with key partners (engineers, GOR Reporting etc.) to drive sustainable dashboard solutions
Leverage Machine Learning algorithms to identify insights and/or define correlation between metrics
Coordinate / facilitate socialization for each phase of the dashboard development
Work closely with the Governance Team and the Risk Management senior leaders to understand the requirements and to identify metrics / data for the development of Risk Control Dashboards
Ensure the data definition is compliance with the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Risk Framework and Policies, and is accurate and kept current and consistent
Support the production of Group MIS and packs, including ad-hoc reporting for the Committees (scope currently limited to Cloud Governance, but may expand over time)
Conduct walk-throughs / trainings related to dashboard development and deployment
Present to key stakeholders, make recommendations for action when appropriate to improve the Dashboard production
Strategy
Accurate and timely sourcing of Risk data from the golden source(s)
Define systematic and consistent norms for TTO Organization, data points, and Risk thresholds for reporting
Build a culture that makes \xe2\x80\x9caccuracy and timeliness\xe2\x80\x9d fundamental to all the Risk control MIS produced
Build more visibility and insights through dynamic use of data

Our Ideal Candidate
Experience in data analysis and visualisation for reporting and story-telling
Hands-on experience with Tableau is a must, experience with DataIku and or other ETL tools will be an advantage
Experience in data architecture, data modelling and data management: Mapping and collating data from multiple source systems
Experience in process-mapping and the use of tools for visualisation
Experience with integration technologies
Experience with Enterprise Architecture concepts and practises
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence / algorithms is a plus
Self-starter capable of identifying opportunities and delivering solutions on their own
Strong communication skills
