As a Senior Cybersecurity Advisory specialist, you will be responsible for driving the development & sales of Visa\'s cybersecurity advisory services across key markets in CEMEA. You will work closely with Visa\'s clients, partners, and internal teams to identify, develop, and close opportunities that establish Visa\'s position as a player in the cybersecurity space. You will also provide feedback and insights to Visa\'s solutions teams to help shape the future of Visa\'s cybersecurity solutions.Principle Responsibilities/Key Results AreaThis position is key to develop and scale the cybersecurity advisory practice area within Visa Consulting & Analytics across the CEMEA region.The person will report into the head of Risk Consulting, Visa Consulting & Analytics, CEMEA and will work in close cooperation with the Cybersecurity VAS solutions team from the Visa-VAS organization, to ensure an integrated go-to-market approach between cybersecurity advisory services and cybersecurity solutions. The person would also coordinate efforts with Visa\'s global Cybersecurity advisory practice to learn and share best practices across the other regions.Specific responsibilities include:Develop and manage the sales pipeline for Cybersecurity advisory in the region. Execute on revenue targets agreed.a) Identify opportunities for Consulting assignments with top Clients using VISA.b) Develop project pitches and proposals in coordination with Account Executives, the Visa Consulting & Analytics teams in the sub-region and the head of Risk Service Line in the CEMEA region.c) Establish and maintain strong relationships with Info Security & IT decision-makers, and other key stakeholders to drive successful sales engagements.Lead delivery of Cybersecurity advisory engagements with Visa\'s clientsa) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Value-Added Solutions (VAS), Visa\'s partners in the Cybersecurity space, and technical experts, to tailor the offerings that meet clients\' specific needs and address emerging threats.b) Develop and manage a network of external Consultants for the projects that require external consultant support and: (a) Maintain excellent liaison and supervision of external consultants\' deliveries, (b) Assist in selecting, recruiting, inducting, and training new external consulting partner firms.Lead the on-going development of the Cybersecurity advisory service line through contribution in development of new consulting offerings, White Papers, Though leadership pieces etc. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving cybersecurity challenges to provide clients with informed insights and recommendations.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsAt least 8 years of professional work experience with the following profile:- Extensive knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, trends, challenges, and solutions
- Experience of advising and selling advisory offerings to Cybersecurity leaders
- Experience in management or IT consulting industry is mandatory.To succeed in this role, you will need Consulting skills and client engagement capabilities including:
- Advanced client communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English language is essential. Knowledge of Russian language is desirable.- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts and value propositions in a clear and compelling way.
- Superior project management skills demonstrated through experience of managing multiple large client projects.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal guidance.Education and Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (business, IT, cybersecurity, etc.), advanced degree or relevant certifications would be advantageous.
- Proven experience in senior level sales roles within the cybersecurity industry.- Previous experience in CEMEA markets would be preferrable.
