A luxury interior showroom offering curated European furniture and bespoke design solutions, hiring a Junior-to-Mid Level SMM Manager who can create high-quality visual content and maintain a refined social media presence aligned with luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media content across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. Produce hands-on photo and video content directly inside the showroom (Reels, stories, product videos). Maintain and enhance the brand's luxury visual identity. Create monthly content calendars and captions. Manage posting, scheduling and community engagement. Track performance analytics (ER%, reach, audience insights). Coordinate with the design team for product launches, campaign shoots and showroom updates. Support basic marketing tasks and assist in brand development.
Requirements

Russian speaker + good English (required). 2-3 years of experience in SMM, content creation or digital marketing. Strong aesthetic sense and ability to work with luxury brands. Ability to shoot and edit Reels independently (CapCut / Lightroom / Premiere). Portfolio required: 1-2 links to recent campaigns or content work. Understanding of luxury lifestyle trends, interiors or decor is an advantage. Ability to grow into a broader marketing role over time.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the showroom to produce one creative SMM piece (Reel or carousel) to evaluate content style and execution.
