Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)

Create, curate, and manage engaging, high-quality content, including images, videos, reels, stories, carousels, and captions aligned with the brand tone

Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; provide regular reporting with actionable insights and recommendations

Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and operations teams to align social media campaigns with broader brand and business goals

Plan and maintain monthly content calendars, ensuring a consistent posting schedule across all channels

Stay informed on current social media trends, tools, platform updates, and competitor activity, particularly within the hospitality and F&B industry

Brainstorm and implement creative campaigns to promote new menu launches, seasonal events, and guest experiences

Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content creators for professional shoots.

Support influencer and brand collaboration initiatives, including outreach, coordination, and post-campaign reporting

Monitor guest feedback and sentiment across platforms, escalating relevant issues and insights to management

Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual and editorial identity

Manage paid social advertising campaigns in collaboration to boost reach and engagement

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience managing social media for hospitality brands

Strong creative skills with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fluency in English and Russian language is required

Photo and video editing skills are a plus

Experience in influencer collaboration and content partnerships is an advantage
