About the Role

We're looking for a creative and independent

SMM Content Creator

who knows how to turn ideas into engaging posts and reels -- from shooting and editing to writing captions and hitting publish. You'll be fully in charge of our brand's social media content and will bring it to life through consistent, high-quality storytelling.

If you're used to managing the entire process yourself -- from planning and filming to posting and analyzing -- this role will feel natural. You'll have the freedom to explore trends, propose new formats, and help the brand grow its online presence across the UAE.

Arabic language is a must

for this position, as part of the content and communication will target Arabic-speaking families.

What You'll Do

Plan, shoot, edit, and post daily content (stories, reels, posts) Write captions, CTAs, and social-friendly copy in English and Arabic Manage DMs, comments, tags, and community interaction Build and maintain the content calendar Track performance and prepare regular reports Monitor trends and adapt them to our content Visit the locations regularly to generate fresh content
What You Bring

2+ years of hands-on SMM and content creation experience Excellent skills in mobile filming, editing (CapCut, InShot), and Canva Strong copywriting skills in both

English and Arabic

Good eye for visuals, rhythm, and content that resonates Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven Experience with kids, family, or lifestyle content is a plus
Be ready to share your portfolio and projects!
We're looking for someone who knows how to create, not just coordinate.
