Overview of the role
We are currently looking to recruit a Toyota SME Sales Executive for Abu Dhabi region . As an SME Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business within the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) segment of the automotive industry. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets.

What you will do
  • Identify and target SMEs within the automotive sector for potential business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry associations, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new SME customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our automotive solutions.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in SMEs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific business requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets within the SME segment.
  • Develop and implement action plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Track sales performance metrics and report regularly on progress.
  • Stay informed about the features, specifications, and benefits of our automotive products and services.
  • Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and advancements.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and quotes to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close deals and ensure a smooth transition to the implementation phase.
  • Gather feedback from the market and clients to provide insights for product and service improvements.
  • Communicate market trends and competitor activities to the management team.
Required skills to be successful
  • SME sales experience preferably in the automotive industry (SME, fleet, business development)
  • Adequate knowledge and work experience within the local UAE market
  • UAE Driving license is must
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
About the team
This role will report to the Sales Manager and you will interacts directly with Branch Manager, Branch Sales Executives, Branch Support Staff. People working within the automotive fleet industry often have to work extended hours most evenings and weekends to achieve their targets.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of SME dynamics and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
