The role requires being on the road working with clients 80%, to identify and understand clients' needs and provides solutions. The person on the role is to approve all major proposals, and are often present at proposal meetings, also serve as the escalation point for client issues that cannot be resolved in the field. He is also responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market and support sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum revenue and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the SME customer base and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for the sales staff.
