Job Description

We are looking strictly for Home Automation Engineers who have experience in the field. Note : We will not consider applications if it is not related to home automation. You should have UAE experience as followings:

• Implementation, integration, testing and commissioning of (Automation Control System, HVAC Control, Access and Security System, CCTV System and Network System)
• Installation of HDTV / projector / theater systems. Job Type: Full-time
• Knowledge in the following - KNX, RTI, Crestron, Control4 * Home theater systems, lighting, Audio-Video systems, IT / Networking System, PCB level trouble-shooting * Should have Hands-on experience in execution (Installation & Programming) of home automation projects - villas, offices etc with systems including: * Lighting Dimming Control, AC & Curtain Controls * Multi-Room Audio Video Systems like Sonos & HDMI Matrix
• System maintenance and improvements in automation, software and network hardware support.
• Knowledge in KNX, HDL Bus, Modbus or Smart G4 Home Automation System
• Basic Home Automation/Low Current Installation and Programming Skills.
• Designing, preparing BOQ and proposals for: KNX, home automation, CCTV AHD and IP, IP Telephony and Structured Cabling Systems Access Control.
• PA-BGM, SMATV, Audio Door Phone, Gate Barrier Systems.
• Should be experienced in AutoCAD for Shop Drawings, built Drawings, Schematic Drawing, Wiring drawings, Layout Drawings, Connection Drawings, Installation Drawings, Termination Drawings, and Plan & Section. You will be working regularly with lead Technicians and Project Managers to complete the installation of high-end motorized window treatment systems. You will be working in residential and commercial environments. Required Qualifications:
• +2 years of general experience in related high end installations
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Experience working on construction sites, interfacing with contractors and other trades, knowledge of construction / building techniques and standards
• Ability to use power tools to achieve optimal results in the finished product
• Ability to program, understand and communicate with trades about the technology controlling motorized and integrated shading system
• Ability to read construction plans
• Comfortable with scaffolding, tall ladders, and working at heights
• Clean and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.Desired Qualifications:
• Experience in the installation of various systems.
• Knowledge of access control systems - Siedle, August Lock and other motorized locking systems
• Wire Termination experience (Cat5 / Cat6, RG6 (Coax))
