Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual slimming sales targets
Drive conversion of walk-ins, leads, and existing clients into slimming packages
Lead, train, and monitor slimming counselors and sales team
Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
Plan and execute sales promotions and slimming campaigns
Track daily sales performance, reports, and MIS
Coordinate with dieticians, therapists, and operations teams
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong experience in
slimming / wellness sales
Proven ability to achieve high-value targets
Excellent client counseling and closing skills
Leadership experience in managing sales teams
Background in
Dietetics / Physiotherapy
is an added advantage
Good communication and presentation skills
Experience & Qualification
Minimum 4-7 years experience in slimming or wellness industry
Prior role as Slimming Head / Sales Manager preferred
