Job Description

Responsibilities:SKU Organization Categorize, label, and maintain a well-structured SKU system for all furniture products, enabling efficient traceability and inventory visibility.Inventory Management Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure real-time stock accuracy across systems and storefronts.Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for alignment.Pricing Updates Collaborate with the pricing and merchandising teams to regularly update and validate product pricing using ERP tools, ensuring competitiveness and consistency.Data Accuracy Review, cleanse, and validate all product data (e.g., specifications, pricing, lead times, availability) across internal systems and customer-facing platforms to maintain high accuracy.Product Categorization & Profiling Build comprehensive product profiles, including dimensions, finishes, configurations, and materials.Structure product categorization to enhance website searchability and filtering for better customer experience.Supplier Catalogue Knowledge Maintain a thorough understanding of all supplier catalogues, including available product lines, variants, technical specifications, discontinued SKUs, and new introductions.Translate supplier material into standardized, system-ready formats aligned with internal product codes.ERP & Tool Utilization Operate confidently within the company's ERP systems and supporting tools to manage product lifecycles, inventory updates, and data synchronization across channels.Support internal teams with saved searches, reporting tools, categorization hierarchies, and field maintenance.Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the main point of contact for product-related data across teams including sales, marketing, e-commerce, and retail operations.Ensure a seamless flow of information across departments to maintain a unified customer and operational experience.Required SkillsGood educational background.Basic understanding of how SKU management and related processes work (extensive prior knowledge not compulsory).Willingness to learn; further skills and training will be provided on the job.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to adapt and work in a team environment.
