We are looking for an experienced
Skin Care Product Sourcing Specialist
to join our team. This role requires expertise in finding authentic suppliers, brand connections, e-commerce collaboration, and knowledge of the GCC skin care and cosmetics market.Main Responsibilities:
Find Authentic Sources
: Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers for skin care, cosmetics, and perfumes.Brand Connection
: Build and maintain connections with premium brands like Cerave, The Ordinary, La Roche-Posay, etc.E-commerce Collaboration
: Work with platforms like Amazon, Noon, etc., for product listing and sales strategy.Export & Import Knowledge
: Understand regulations and manage the import/export process for skin care products.Product Listing
: List and manage products on platforms like Amazon and Noon.VAT/Tax/Customs
: Ensure compliance with VAT, taxes, and customs requirements.Negotiation & Dealing
: Handle negotiations and finalize deals with suppliers.Multitasking
: Balance multiple sourcing tasks and priorities effectively.Outdoor Visits (50%)
: Conduct site visits, meet with suppliers, and explore new business opportunities in the market.Requirements:
Proven experience in sourcing skin care products
(required). Strong knowledge of premium skin care brands and cosmetics. Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.). Familiarity with export/import regulations and customs. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in English; Arabic & Bengali is a plus.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
