Key Responsibilities !!

Perform a variety of advanced skin care services, including:

Professional Facials (deep cleansing, hydrating, anti-aging, etc.)

Clean-ups and extractions

Toning and specialized mask applications

Skin analysis and personalized treatment recommendations

Addressing specific skin concerns (e.g., acne, sensitivity, dullness)

Nail shaping, cuticle care, and buffing

Foot and hand massage

Addressing common nail concerns

Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in male skin care and grooming.

What We're Looking For !!

Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for skin care and nail artistry, and a desire to make a real difference for clients.

Education: Relevant certifications or diplomas in cosmetology, aesthetics, or skin care.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Skin Care Specialist and Nail Technician, preferably in a professional salon or spa environment. Experience in gents salons is a significant plus.

In-depth Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of various skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatments, as well as nail anatomy and common issues.

Training & Development Skills: Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor, and develop junior team members effectively.

Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and exceeding client expectations.

Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining a high standard of appearance and conduct.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate, support colleagues, and contribute positively to a dynamic salon environment.

Vision-Oriented: Eager to work towards the salon's long-term goals and contribute to its success.
