Job Description

We are a contracting group called "USBC" in Dubai, Al Qouz 4, seeking a

highly skilled and dependable Multi-Skilled Technician with strong hands-on expertise in general maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing repairs, joinery works, and various handyman tasks.

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, accurately diagnosing faults, installing fixtures and fittings, repairing carpentry elements, and addressing minor electrical and plumbing issues while ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, conducting site inspections, preparing basic maintenance reports, recommending effective technical solutions, and ensuring proper handling of tools and materials. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, comprehensive multi-trade technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the capability to work independently or as part of a team while fully adhering to company procedures and UAE safety regulations.

Salary & Benefits:

Excellent Salary. Paid leave and other benefits as per UAE labor law.
