Regal Town
is currently seeking an experienced and skilledMulti Technician
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across a range of technical systems and general maintenance tasks, including:Electrical systems Plumbing systems Basic civil works (e.g., tiling, painting, patching) Generator operation and maintenance (preferred) HVAC systems Carpentry
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in multi-technical or MEP-related work. Strong knowledge in the installation, repair, and maintenance of the above systems. Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues. Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks across multiple technical trades. Good communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a team. Experience with generator systems is an added advantage.
