We are seeking experienced and hardworking skilled labourers to support various construction activities, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in construction-related tasks, good physical stamina, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform skilled tasks such as masonry, carpentry, painting, tiling, plastering, or other assigned construction activities.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or plans to execute tasks accurately.
Assist in setting up construction sites, including loading/unloading materials and tools.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company standards.
Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to complete projects on schedule.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a skilled labourer in the construction industry.
Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment.
Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a skilled construction role.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, with potential overtime based on project requirements.
Outdoor/indoor work environments, depending on project location.
