Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled labourers with experience in various construction tasks to support ongoing projects. The ideal candidates will have expertise in specific trades, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform skilled tasks related to construction, such as masonry, carpentry, steel fixing, or scaffolding. Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or project specifications. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to requirements. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with site safety regulations. Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project progress. Identify and report potential issues or hazards on site. Maintain tools and work areas in clean and working condition.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a skilled labourer in the construction industry. Knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, and materials. Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical plans (if applicable). Physical stamina and manual dexterity. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.

Qualifications:
