Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring civil construction works.
Perform technical tasks such as measurements, leveling, and site inspections.
Support in preparing and checking drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth site progress.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship as per project standards.
Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
Prepare daily reports, documentation, and update progress records.
Assist in troubleshooting site issues and provide technical support.
Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of site execution, surveying tools, and construction materials.
Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
