The candidate Must be registered at the Municipality (Licensed Engineer)

We are looking to hire a Civil Engineer (SITE ENGINEER) have good experience in villa construction, projects, etc. in Abu Dhabi.

The candidates must be have below experience in Villa Construction Projects.

1-) Weekly/Monthly Basis project progress report to be submitted to the management & to the consultant.

2-) Planning of all key activities ahead & to arrange all resources timely, Monitor & supervise all the all ongoing activities onsite & the work of all subcontractors involved in the project.

3-) Material requests to the office & follow-up with office about material delivery & arrangements.

4-) Shall be capable to handle multi sites & projects at a time & to ensure the progress of work to be followed smoothly on all sites & with no delays.

5-) Must be aware of local authority standards & requirements to ensure the work shall be followed accordingly onsite to avoid any kind of in-conveniences.

6-) Routine meetings with client/consultants to discuss project related activities & to take their approval if need for any materials.

7-) Routine Meetings with suppliers/subcontractors to ensure the project shall be executed smoothly with no challenges.

8-) Preparation & submission of Workers Timesheet on monthly basis & monitor their work.

9- Must be aware with TAMM, MEP & PROJECTS portal.
