Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Sitecore Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise web applications using the Sitecore Experience Platform (XP/XM). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Sitecore development, CMS/DXP concepts, and modern .NET technologies, delivering scalable and high-performance digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain websites using Sitecore XP/XM (v9.x / v10.x)
Build Sitecore components, templates, layouts, and renderings
Follow Helix architecture and Sitecore best practices
Integrate Sitecore with external systems (CRM, DAM, APIs, marketing tools)
Customize workflows, publishing processes, and security roles
Support Sitecore upgrades, migrations, and deployments
Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and business teams
Implement personalization and analytics features
Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
4-8 years of software development experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Sitecore development
Strong experience with:
Sitecore XP/XM (v9.x / v10.x)
C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
SQL Server
Experience with Helix, SXA, or Headless (JSS) preferred
Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines
Sitecore certification is a plus

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
