The Trust & Safety (T&S) team plays a critical role by helping to ensure that TikTok is a safe platform for users to express themselves and enjoy the content.
Our Global Wellbeing (GW) Team is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global strategy and programs for all T&S teams. These are designed to support and promote positive physical and psychological health, as well as healthy working environments, especially for those who work with potentially harmful content and for both in-house teams and business partners.
As a Wellbeing Site Manager, your role is critical in bridging communication between the T&S Operation and the Global Wellbeing teams to pinpoint ways to improve our overall programming and serve the mental health needs of our employees at a customized site level. Further, you ensure wellbeing programming is consistent with the global framework and delivered effectively by working closely with the key site managers and regional leads.
Candidates should have a solid background in working as a subject matter expert in employee wellbeing, and have an active mental health license to practice. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to cooperate with multiple stakeholders are also essential.
Responsibilities:

• Staff well-being program initiatives, participation rates, and report site health
• Set and monitor productivity targets with vendor clinicians and workload assignments, and ensure appropriate coverage for site support
• Build deep knowledge expertise at the site level to recommend effective wellbeing programming interventions, customized to cultural and business needs
• Provide psychoeducational training surrounding mental health to the site
• Organize in collaboration with the local wellness ambassadors/ HRs to promote well-being via evidenced-based initiatives
• Ensure compliance to local legal and regulatory standards related to employee psychological health and safety

• Post-graduate degree or equivalent professional qualifications in health psychology, behavioral science or another relevant health behavior-related field
• Full unrestricted license to practice
• 2+ years experience in supporting evidence-based health and wellbeing programs and initiatives in a corporate context
• Experience providing consultancy on complex topics to a range of stakeholders
• Strong working knowledge of Operations metrics and structure
• Willingness to travel (approximately 10% post-COVID)

Desirable:

• Strong working knowledge of trust and safety operations workflows and experience developing and evaluating behavior change interventions in applied settings
