Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on

Site Supervisor

with a strong background in

fit-out works

to lead, coordinate, and ensure the timely execution of all on-site activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage

fit-out works

, including

partitioning, ceiling, flooring, joinery, and door installation

. Coordinate and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with

drawings, specifications, and schedules

. Ensure

site readiness

for subcontractors and coordinate their day-to-day work. Oversee

carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC

, and other finishing works to ensure seamless integration. Conduct

daily toolbox talks

and enforce

HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)

standards on site. Verify and ensure the

accuracy of measurements, levels, and alignments

during installation. Monitor

material deliveries

, inspect for quality and compliance, and ensure proper handling and storage on site. Coordinate with the

Project Engineer and Project Manager

for work sequencing, technical clarifications, and resource planning. Review and interpret

construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications

to guide site teams. Ensure timely

execution and handover

of works according to project timelines and milestones. Prepare and submit

daily site progress reports

, including manpower, materials, and activity updates. Maintain

as-built records

, site documentation, and reports for client and management reference. Manage and control

wastage of materials

, ensuring cost efficiency. Conduct

quality inspections

and report any deviations or non-conformances to management. Coordinate with suppliers for

timely delivery of materials

and resolve any site-related issues. Assist in

site inspections

with consultants, clients, and authorities when required. Ensure

proper housekeeping

and site organization to maintain a professional working environment. Support in

testing, commissioning, and final snag rectification

before project handover.

Requirements:

Minimum

High School Graduate

.

4+ years of UAE experience

with strong knowledge of site management and fit-out protocols. Must hold a

valid UAE driving license

. Proven experience managing

fit-out projects

such as retail stores, offices, restaurants, and commercial interiors. Good knowledge of

Electrical, Plumbing, and MEP coordination

. Ability to prepare detailed

daily progress reports

for management. Strong communication skills in

English and Hindi

; proficiency in

Arabic will be a plus.

Experience in

retrofit and refurbishment projects

. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to foster strong relationships with

subcontractors, suppliers, and team members

. Must be proactive, reliable, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

UAE Driving License Mandatory Any degree/diploma related to Civil/Construction/Interior/Architecture.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
