We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor with min 2-3 years experience to oversee fitout projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fitout site management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
Duties
Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
Manage project scheduling and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for effective project tracking and reporting.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project execution.
Assist in budgeting and construction estimating processes to ensure financial efficiency.
Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and subcontractors on best practices in construction management.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and changes.
