Site Supervisor
Job Description
Who We're Looking For:
Minimum 7 years UAE experience in site supervision
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety, and quality standards
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction activities on-site
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards on site
Monitor progress and report to project management
Manage site resources and manpower efficiently
Conduct inspections and quality checks
