Supervise and coordinate daily activities of steelworkers, fabricators, riggers, and welders.
Ensure all steel erection, installation, and modifications are performed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Review construction drawings, check materials, and confirm that all required components are available.
Manage delivery and storage of steel materials and equipment.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce safety compliance at all times.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, crane operators, and other site personnel.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and report any non-conformities.
Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and submit updates to management.
Assist in planning lift sequences, temporary supports, and alignment procedures.
Resolve any technical or operational issues that may arise during steel installation.
NOTE: Must have Driving license
