Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to project plans and safety standards
Coordinate and supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors
Monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients as needed
Maintain accurate records of site activities and reports
Requirements:
BTEC qualification in Construction or related discipline (essential)
3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction processes, health & safety regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
