Site Supervisor
to oversee real estate construction and maintenance projects inAl Barsha
. The ideal candidate will have strong on-site supervision experience within the real estate sector and the ability to manage daily operations, contractors, and safety compliance effectively.Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations for real estate projects in Al Barsha Ensure all work is executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate site activities Enforce site safety measures and ensure full compliance with UAE regulations Conduct quality inspections and provide regular progress updates to the project management team Identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain smooth and efficient project execution Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, material records, and logs
Requirements
3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor within real estate or construction projects Prior experience working on projects in the UAE market Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings and specifications Effective communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
