Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities for real estate projects in Al Barsha
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
Inspect work quality and report progress to project management
Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution
Maintain site records, daily reports, and material logs
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a Site Supervisor in
real estate or construction projects.
Prior experience working on projects in
UAE Market.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Good communication and leadership skills
