Site Supervisor / Project Manager
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Manage site delivery teams, including Measurement Executives and Site Supervisors.
Present design concepts to clients and secure necessary approvals.
Visit sites for validation, audit drawings, and coordinate with the design team.
Lead Woodwork, Civil, MEP, and HVAC subcontractors from contract award to project close.
Monitor production process to ensure timely completion.
Conduct site visits, identify issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Ensure quality assurance, and address client escalations.
Monitor vendors' adherence to materials specifications and standards.
Implement safety policies to meet EHS requirements.
Maintain daily productivity trackers and report to the Installation Manager.
Issue snags/observations and maintain weekly productivity reports.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in fit-out project management.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
