We are seeking a highly responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations for painting and civil work projects.
Requirements:
Nationality:
Egyptian, Syrian, or Lebanese
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in painting & civil work supervision
English communication
(must be able to speak and understand)
Valid
UAE Driving License
(mandatory)
Strong leadership and control over workers
Must have the ability to take maximum productivity from workers
Ability to plan daily tasks and manage manpower
Basic knowledge of materials, tools, and site method statements
Able to handle pressure and complete tasks within the timeline
Good attitude, disciplined, and responsible
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily painting & civil work activities
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with work standards
Allocate manpower and ensure high productivity throughout the day
Check material availability and coordinate with procurement team
Maintain site cleanliness and follow HSE rules
Prepare daily progress reports and share with management
Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, and engineers
Solve minor site issues and guide workers properly
Make sure work is delivered on time with good finishing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
