Job Description

The Site Supervisor oversees daily operations at construction, renovation, or interior design sites to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to plans and quality standards.

Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate site activities and workers. Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Report daily site updates to management. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers. Ensure materials and equipment are available as needed. Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:



You must have a minimum 3 years of experience in a Foreman / Site Supervisor role (fit-out, renovation, or construction) in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of interior works -- carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, tiling, etc.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good English required (Russian or Arabic is a plus but not required)
UAE driving license is an advantage
