1. Position: Site Supervisor

2. Reporting To: Site Engineer

3. Job Purpose:

To supervise the works as executed by the various resource teams, ensuring compliance with all HSE, QA and productivity related targets. Supervise and follow up the overall work and interacting with site general foreman, charge-hands and labor group members to ensure smooth running of tasks at job sites throughout the work period. Responsible to supervise several skilled teams of resources to ensure maximum productivity at minimum cost and of highest quality whilst carried out in a safe manner

4. Key Responsibilities:

To supervise the works as executed by the various resource teams, ensuring compliance with all
HSE, QA and productivity related targets.

Monitor day to day site activities and ensure project activities are carried out as per plan. Handle the assignments delegated by Site Engineer. Identification, review, correction of non-conforming products. Prepare material procurement as per shop drawing schedules. Determine manpower requirement and histogram. Prepare material and labor requirement estimates along with site engineer. Ensure workers have correct PPE for all Project locations as required for the work being done. Identify material, equipment and manpower requirements to complete the project work on time. Assist Site Engineer to prepare daily reports and weekly reports. Responsible to achieve progress at site. Submit highlighted drawings to site engineer/ QAQC to
submit work inspections.

Project Stage Design and build, Record with management for rework and ensure highlighted
drawings based on site installation.

Maintain machinery and tools in good condition. Keep the project site neat and tidy. Monitor to ensure all employees workers follow safety rules and regulations at project site. Handle other assignments as assigned by the Site Engineer. Ensure workers use the correct tools and equipment for the work being carried out. Understand fully all of the specifications/drawing documents and maintain up-to-date registers
where appropriate.

5. Reports Generated:

Weekly Programme Productivity reports in junction with Site Engineers Reports Labor/ Machinery Review Permanent Material Schedule/ Material Request from Store Highlighted Drawings / Redline Drawings (for work inspection)
6. Reports Received:

Updates on Contracts Programme Miscellaneous Approvals Relating to Permanent Materials Delivery Schedules

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR3,800.00 per month
