The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and construction activities on-site, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. The role involves supervising site teams, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and company standards.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for maintenance and construction projects.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
Oversee maintenance works, including preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, electrical systems, plumbing, and structural repairs.
Monitor construction methods, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved plans.
Manage site workforce, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and identify potential issues or delays.
Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, permits, and progress updates.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports and site updates to the leadership team.
Coordinate with the site workforce to ensure smooth communication and timely problem-solving.
Monitor and control material usage to minimize waste and cost overruns.
Enforce safety procedures and promote a culture of safety awareness among site workforce.
Qualifications & Experience:
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in site supervision for maintenance and construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and maintenance processes.
Proven experience in managing teams on-site.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
Valid UAE driving license.
