The ideal candidate has

, ensuring all products are installed accurately, safely, and to high finishing standards. This role involves site measurements, supervising workers, coordinating with factory production, and ensuring smooth project execution.
This is a hands-on, field-based role designed for someone who understands both joinery and furniture installations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Execution & Installation Supervision
Supervise installation of office furniture, desks, cabinets, shelves, partitions, and other joinery items.
Ensure all installations follow drawings, levels, alignment, and finishing requirements.
Manage carpenters, installers, and helpers on site for efficient execution.
Resolve technical or installation issues immediately on site.
Ensure all site work is completed on time and in full quality.
2. Site Measurements & Technical Coordination
Take accurate site measurements and communicate them to design/production teams.
Verify dimensions, tolerances, and alignment before installation begins.
Read and understand shop drawings and installation plans.
Coordinate with the joinery workshop for clarifications, missing items, or modifications.
3. Material & Logistics Coordination
Check materials and products received on site for completeness and correctness.
Ensure proper handling, protection, and storage of furniture/joinery items.
Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery and offloading.
Report any defects, damages, or missing components.
4. Client & Contractor Communication
Interact professionally with clients, site engineers, and contractors.
Provide updates on installation progress.
Handle client concerns or minor variations directly and escalate major issues.
Ensure NAVO's brand reputation through disciplined, clean, efficient site execution.
5. Quality Control & Safety
Inspect all work for high-quality finishing and alignment.
Prepare snag lists and ensure timely closure.
Enforce safety standards for team members on site.
Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
Requirements
Experience
2-5 years of experience in Joinery / Furniture Installation supervision
(mandatory).
Must have worked with custom-made furniture, office desks, cabinets, and joinery fittings.
Experience managing carpenters and installers.
UAE experience preferred.
Technical Skills
Ability to read and interpret joinery shop drawings.
Strong understanding of MDF, laminate, veneer, hardware, and furniture fittings.
Excellent measurement, leveling, and finishing inspection skills.
Skilled in troubleshooting site challenges.
Soft Skills
Strong leadership and communication.
Practical, hands-on problem solver.
Ability to multitask across multiple sites.
Responsible, organized, and deadline-driven.
Other Requirements
UAE Driving License.
Must be comfortable working across multiple project sites.
Must be proactive, reliable, and consistent.
