Key Responsibilities:

Full understanding for the project Drawings. Coordinate with Factory Manager / Project Manager to prepare program in compliance with the project / Factory master program. Ensure the availability of the required manpower resources and tools to execute the program and highlight to the PM/FM any issues that might affect the achievement of this program. Prepare the daily activities program and ensure the proper fabrication of the required material and resources accordingly. Fully responsible for the proper utilization and storage of the work tools and materials in his factory area and ensure to return any unutilized items to the Factory store to be used by other colleagues when required. Manage and coordinate the works of all Projects/ Factory Manager/Foreman on site to avoid any work conflicts. Cooperate with the PM / FM and Supervisor to ensure proper coordination with the site team to finalize the work inspection in a proper and professional way. Responsible for the proper execution of the fabrication works in his work area and ensure that these works are executed in a proper sequence and as per the approved Drawings. Fully responsible for the Factory cleaning and housekeeping to ensure a proper Factory accessibility and logistics and avoid any obstacles that might hinder the progress of works. Responsible for the work safety at Factory and ensure the proper utilization of the PPE by the labors as per the safety standards and requirements. Responsible for forming the required teams and groups to complete the entire fabrication work as per the program. Any job assigned to him by his Line manager shall be a part of his job description.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
