Job Summary
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Management & Supervision
Supervise all on-site interior fit-out activities (partitions, ceilings, flooring, carpentry, MEP coordination, finishes, etc.).
Ensure work is carried out according to approved shop drawings, method statements, and project schedules.
Coordinate daily tasks for subcontractors, labor, and suppliers.
Monitor site progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager.
Quality Control
Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and rectify defects or non-conforming work.
Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and authorities when required.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with project managers, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Resolve site issues, clashes, and sequencing problems efficiently.
Ensure smooth coordination between architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
Materials & Resources
Plan material requirements and ensure timely delivery to site.
Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
Verify received materials against approved samples and specifications.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and manpower logs.
Assist in preparing snag lists and ensure timely closure of snags.
Support handover documentation and final inspections.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
