Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior fit-out project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all activities are carried out efficiently, adhering to project plans, safety standards, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to interior fit-out projects. Monitor daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed according to project timelines and quality standards. Read and interpret project drawings, specifications, and plans to guide site activities. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of work. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Track and report project progress to the project manager and resolve on-site issues promptly. Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities. Manage and supervise on-site labor and ensure their adherence to project requirements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on site activities and project milestones. Act as a liaison between the client and the company to address any site-related concerns.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven 5-8 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the interior fit-out or construction industry. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in construction. Flexibility to work on-site and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory - Preferred Manual license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
