JOB DESCRIPTION/ROLE

Managing all aspects of daily site activity, which primarily includes controlling and supervising labor.
Managing projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.
Resolving any unforeseen technical issues, serving as the primary advisor for workers and subcontractors on site.
Working with architects and subcontractors as a member of the site management team.
Ensuring health and safety measures for both human as well as material resources are strictly followed at site.
Verifying accuracy of computations in plans, drawings, and amounts.
Planning work and organizing the site facilities efficiently in order to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and other project team members, representing the company in all Project meetings
Checking invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at site.
Contact respective regulatory authorities from initial stage of project to issuance of occupancy certificate.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma holder in Civil Engineering or above
Must have UAE Experience and thorough knowledge of local regulations for all kinds of approvals.
Must be a holder of a valid UAE driving licesense.
Must have prior experience of executing projects such as retail stores, offices, restaurants etc.
Should have fair knowledge of electrical and MEP works.
Be able to prepare daily detailed site progress reports for management.
Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic, Hindi & English.
Strong Fit-out expertise.
Experience in retrofit/refurbishment projects.
Ability to build and develop strategic relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Commercially astute & able to accurately forecast project requirements.
Able to work well within a team based environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of Autocad.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
