Qualifications
- Fit-out management: 5 years (Required)
- English (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Required)
- Overseeing and Direct management of the site team & Sub Contractors, prioritization of work streams.
- Delegation of all site tasks to relevant team members based on works issued.
- Making desicions and finding solution related to the site work.
- Planing the site work with time sheet.
- Arrange the site work to deliver the work done according the plan.
- Producing daily progress reports and weekly burn sheets.
- Quality control of works completed.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Civil Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Interior fit out activities and minimum 5 years managing fit out projects
- Experience in managing and sourcing interior fit out suppliers
- Good Knowledge of the Fit-Out Suppliers & Sub Contractors in local market & overseas.
- Effective communication skills
- Fit-out management: 5 years (Required)

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
