Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site tasks according to project priorities and plans.
- Develop work schedules and monitor crew attendance.
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities to workers and subcontractors.
- Supervise and provide training to workers and tradespeople.
- Ensure sufficient manpower, tools, and resources are available to meet deadlines.
- Enforce all safety measures and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee the proper use of machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Identify and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Report project progress and site updates to managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Proven UAE experience at least 4-6 years in construction projects such as group villas, buildings, etc.,
- Ability to read drawings and follow technical instructions.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
- UAE Driving License is a must
