Supervise daily site operations for fit-out projects (partitions, ceilings, flooring, MEP, finishes, etc.)
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow
Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are met
Ensure compliance with design specifications and approved drawings
Conduct regular quality checks and ensure snag-free delivery
Enforce health and safety regulations on site
Prepare daily reports on progress, manpower, and materials
Resolve technical issues in coordination with engineers or project managers
Attend site meetings and assist in handover inspections
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years' experience in interior
fit-out or construction
supervision
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and MEP systems
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Familiar with local safety and building regulations
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
