Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Site Supervisor - Fit-Out

to oversee daily site activities for interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules while coordinating manpower, subcontractors, and site logistics. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for site mobility and coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & Execution

Supervise day-to-day fit-out activities including civil, carpentry, joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, and MEP coordination. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Manpower & Subcontractor Management

Manage and coordinate site workers, foremen, and subcontractors. Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity and workmanship quality.
Quality Control & Safety

Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project quality standards. Enforce site safety rules, HSE requirements, and use of PPE at all times.
Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with Project Manager, engineers, and consultants for inspections and approvals. Report daily progress, site issues, and material requirements to management.
Materials & Logistics

Monitor material deliveries, storage, and usage on site. Ensure timely availability of tools, materials, and equipment to meet the project schedule.
Snagging & Handover Support

Assist in snagging, rectification, and final handover activities. Ensure timely completion of works and closure of snag lists.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience

Diploma / ITI or equivalent technical qualification in Civil, Interior, or related trade. Minimum 3

-4 years

of experience in interior fit-out works within the UAE or GCC.
Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of fit-out finishes, materials, and site execution methods. Ability to read and understand drawings and coordinate with multiple trades.
Soft Skills

Good communication and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Mandatory Requirement

Valid UAE Driving License

Preferred

Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
