Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities for interior fit-out projects.
Ensure work complies with design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor progress and report daily/weekly updates to project management.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor to meet project timelines.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, material logs, and inspection records.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in fit-out or interior projects.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and finishes.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
