Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to be a key part of a fast-growing luxury renovation company? Primo Dubai is expanding, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

The Site Supervisor is responsible for

on-site supervision and execution of works

. The role focuses on

manpower control, daily work coordination, quality workmanship, and site safety

. The Site Supervisor will report to the Project Engineer / Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the UAE construction/fit-out industry, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution

Supervise daily construction activities on site and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and instructions Allocate tasks to foremen, skilled workers, and laborers Monitor productivity and ensure efficient use of manpower and resources Ensure works are completed on time and according to the agreed schedule

Quality Control

Ensure workmanship meets project specifications and quality standards Conduct regular inspections and immediately correct poor-quality work Coordinate with the Project Engineer for inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications Assist in snagging, rectification works, and final handover

Manpower & Subcontractor Coordination

Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with site rules and scope of work Coordinate daily activities between different trades to avoid clashes Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance of site workers

Materials & Tools

Monitor material usage and minimize wastage Ensure correct materials are used as per approved submittals Safeguard tools, equipment, and site assets

Health, Safety & Housekeeping

Enforce site safety rules and company HSE procedures Ensure proper use of PPE by all site personnel Maintain good housekeeping and a clean, organized site Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses immediately

Reporting & Communication

Provide daily progress updates to the Project Engineer / Project Manager Maintain site records including daily reports, manpower logs, and material usage Assist with coordination during consultant or client site visits

Qualifications & Experience:

? Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (not essential).

? 2-4 years' of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in renovation and fit-out projects in the UAE.

? Strong knowledge of Dubai regulations, authorities' approval processes, and construction standards.

? Proven track record of managing fit out and renovation projects in the UAE.

? Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

? Proficiency in basic computer software (MS Office).

? Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and multi-lingual.

? Strong knowledge of local suppliers, rates, and market conditions in Dubai.

? Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.

? Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
