POSITION :SITE SUPERVISOR

LOCATION : DUBAI

We are expanding our team and looking for a

Site Supervisor

who can manage multiple fit-out projects, ensure smooth site operations, and deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily site operations for retail and F&B fit-out projects. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Oversee site activities including civil, MEP, joinery, and finishing works. Monitor work progress, manpower allocation, material delivery, and installation. Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations at all times. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation. Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship meets company and client standards. Resolve on-site issues and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. Minimum

3-5 years of UAE experience

in

fit-out projects

, specifically in

retail and F&B sectors

. Strong knowledge of joinery, finishing materials, MEP coordination, and site execution. Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and handle fast-track projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. UAE driving license (preferred). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
