Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure work is progressing as per drawings and schedule.
Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.
Ensure all works meet quality and safety standards.
Prepare daily site progress reports and submit to the Project Engineer / Project Manager.
Assist in material planning and site inspections.
Resolve on-site issues and communicate updates to management.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of UAE experience
in
interior fit-out projects
.
Strong knowledge of site execution, joinery, gypsum, and MEP coordination.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
UAE driving license
