Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction and fit-out projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, technical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management: Supervise construction and fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
2. Site Coordination: Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment.
3. Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and project specifications.
4. Safety Management: Implement and enforce site safety policies and procedures.
5. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate site staff, subcontractors, and laborers.
6. Client Liaison: Communicate project progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation.
8. Budgeting: Monitor expenses, manage budgets, and minimize costs.
