Role Purpose

The Site & Installation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of installation activities--from pre-project site assessments to on-site installation execution and post-installation quality verification. The role ensures accurate measurements, compliance with technical drawings, timely job completion, professional conduct of installers, and high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role acts as the key link between sales teams, CSA, production, logistics, and installation crews.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Project Responsibilities (Site Assessment & Feasibility)

Visit client sites in coordination with the sales team to inspect actual site conditions, measurements, and feasibility of proposed designs.

Verify whether the design is technically feasible within the available space, dimensions, and site limitations.

Recommend necessary design modifications to the sales designer based on on-site conditions.

Provide accurate measurements to the CSA department and maintain close coordination to ensure correct dimensional data is used in production.

Cross-verify CSA drawings and production plans to prevent rework, wastage, and installation errors.

Daily Installation Supervision & Workforce Management

Arrange loading of jobs as per the daily crew assignment schedule.

Ensure all installation trucks are cleaned before loading.

Verify that all materials, hardware, accessories, tools, and fillers are properly issued, loaded, and organized for each job.

Provide a summary of the previous day's issues and updates to the Installation Manager every morning and obtain instructions for the day's operations.

On-Site Installation Oversight

Ensure installers complete assigned jobs within the agreed timeline.

Conduct random site visits to monitor installation progress and resolve technical issues faced by installers.

Inform the Installation Manager in advance about any material, hardware, or resource requirements.

Verify each completed job 100% before closure to ensure full compliance with drawings, cover sheets, and quality standards.

Direct installers to correct any deficiencies or workmanship issues before job closure.

Submit signed checklists and progress reports for all completed and ongoing jobs.

Quality Control & Professional Conduct Enforcement

Ensure installers do not perform any extra work for customers without approval.

Monitor and prevent installers from accepting any unofficial payments from customers.

Ensure installers maintain an organized work environment at the client's site.

Prevent damage to client property and ensure installers do not misuse customer facilities (AC, lights, toilets, carpet, water, etc.) without permission.

Ensure installers take meals only at designated areas approved by the customer.

Ensure installation teams clean the site daily before leaving.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
