. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of UAE construction codes, labor laws, and quality/safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site activities and subcontractors.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
Monitor daily construction progress and report to the Project Manager.
Maintain quality control and ensure work meets the company's standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Resolve site issues and escalate major concerns to the Project Manager.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and suppliers as required.
Maintain site documentation such as daily reports, material delivery logs, manpower logs, etc.
Manage workforce effectively, ensuring optimum productivity and discipline.
Ensure site safety signage, PPE use, and emergency procedures are followed.
Assist in quantity take-offs, material requisition, and planning of daily/weekly tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction, including at least 2-3 years in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes and standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).
