Villa Experience

Design and plan fitout projects in accordance with client requirements and specifications. Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules. Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Ensure that all work complies with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the course of a project.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 7+ years of experience in engineering/constructions industry. Strong technical skills and knowledge of construction principles, building codes, and safety regulations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Duties and responsibilities:

Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites Perform installation of plumbing systems at new properties Inspect previously installed plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems Answer calls for plumbing issues from general contractors Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company installs and maintains Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections Communicate well with clients to ensure client satisfaction Communicate well with team members and fellow employees Manage a work log Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
